Each of the 10 extensions has its own voicemail box. Voice messages are automatically translated from the caller's language (45+ languages supported) and transcribed to text in your language. Messages are delivered via SMS, Telegram Text, Telegram Voice, email, or directly to the ServiceFlow Field Assistant App on your smartphone. Voicemail greetings can be set in up to 2 languages. You can also dial in to listen to and manage messages the traditional way.
Each extension can have its own personal AI receptionist that answers on behalf of the extension owner when they can't pick up. It knows the same business information as the main receptionist, plus details specific to that person — such as their schedule, their specialties, that they're on vacation until a certain date, or that they only work Monday to Thursday. I'm Eric Dormer — a Canadian engineer and business owner based in Ottawa. I've run my own one-person operations and built several small businesses from scratch.
